█ 大益茶道院

大益茶道院（ACCTM，Academy Of Certified Chinese Tea Master）中國首家職業茶道研修機構，于2010年5月在昆明成立，院長吳遠之先生。大益茶道院的核心使命是以推行職業茶道師資格認證為手段，建立茶道師階位秩序，為茶人提供終身研習茶道的平臺。

大益茶道院成立9年來，逐步發展成為中國當代職業茶道師的培養及評定機構，當代茶道學科建設與學術研究的大本營，茶道推廣的創意及組織部門以及中國頂級的茶道藝術表演平臺。

目前大益茶道院成立國際部，旨在拓展集團海外事業，儲備和培養海外人才。現針對目標國家進行外籍工作人員的招聘工作，入職后在中國進行前期培養（2-5年，視情況而定），后返回本國協助集團開展海外分公司相關業務。

█ ACCTM

The Academy of Certified Chinese Tea Masters (ACCTM), founded in May 2010 in Kunming, Yunnan, is the first institute for training and professional certification for Tea Masters in China. Mr Wu Yuanzhi is the principal of ACCTM. The main mission of the Academy is, by inaugurating professional qualifications and establishing a hierarchy of Tea Masters, to provide tea practitioners with a platform for lifelong learning and practice of tea ceremony.

Over the years, ACCTM has developed into a recognised name as an institute for training and professional certification of Chinese Tea Masters, a foundation for curriculum construction of modern tea ceremony studies and conduction for relevant academic research, an idea generator and organiser of tea ceremony promoting activities, as well as a provider of top-class tea ceremony performance.

We have so far carried out tea ceremony training programmes home and abroad for hundreds of times, with more than 16,000 graduates. We also cooperate with 83 colleges and universities in China to run elective courses in tea ceremony, and we have endowed 43 with "TAETEA Charity Tearoom" as the place for tea ceremony practice. ACCTM also holds annually the "Tea Master Professional Competition", which launched in 2015.

China Tea Culture Centre of ACCTM is where global tea professionals and lovers can have in-depth learning and enjoyable leisure activities all about tea. By far it has opened three branches in Menghai, Kunming and Beijing.

█ About the Role

ACCTM now has established an overseas business department, with the purpose of expanding the Group's business overseas, and building and cultivating an overseas talent pool for the business. Therefore, we are recruiting foreign staffs for targeted countries. You will be trained in China in the first phase (2-5 years, subject to change), and will go back to your own country and work in the subsidiary company to further boost our business.

[Qualifications] : Master's degree and above in any subject. You are welcome to join our own postdoctoral work stations if you hold a doctoral degree.

Role Requirements:

1. Fluent in Chinese, and ability to write in Chinese.

4. Knowledge of tea culture and willingness to continue to learn in-depth, and to work to promote tea culture overseas.

5.Flexible on locations (various divisions and branches home and subsidiaries overseas).
